About the Team The Insurance Advisor team at Navi delivers efficient, high-quality support across all insurance products. From handling customer inquiries and promoting policies to ensuring excellent service via calls and chat, the team drives every interaction with empathy and speed. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of telesales advisors in the Health Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team mates, ensuring sales goals are met, and fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment. What We Expect From You Sales: Responsible for consistently meeting fresh sales and retention sales targets Ensuring customers are adequately followed up to ensure great customer experience and timely conversion into successful sales Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets Run daily team stand-up, ensuring high team productivity and adherence to defined SOPs Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations of team members and help them improve in respective areas Provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews with the team People Centricity: Maintain integrity and transparency while dealing with customers and ensure that the team follows the same Identify and drive people & process improvement initiatives Must Haves Experience: At least 2 years of team leading experience, preferably in sales Persuasive Ability: Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and effective communicator Detail-Oriented Approach: Precise and thorough in diving deep into problems Inside Navi We are shaping the future of financial services for a billion Indians through products that are simple, accessible, and affordable.
