₹70,000 – ₹90,000 / month

Fuel @ ₹8/km for personal 4 wheeler and @3/km for personal 2 wheeler for Customer and CP OBMs

Role Purpose

Lead a 6–8-member mixed team (lead-gen + closers) to achieve launch/activation and sustenance sales targets for an exclusive mandate project. Activate regional channel-partner (RCP) network, drive direct site visits, and close bookings while maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–8 years

  front-line real-estate sales

  with a developer or mandate-sales firm

  (non-brokerage back office doesn’t count)
• Minimum

  one full launch cycle

  led (from soft launch to sustenance)
• Proven leadership of

  ≥ 4

  team members
• Established CP relationships in West Pune
• Hands-on with CRM
• Fluent in

  English, Hindi & Marathi

  ; strong negotiation skills
• Sound grasp of

  MahaRERA

  , stamp duty & agreement clauses

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to digital lead funnels (Meta, Google, 99acres, Housing)
• MBA / PGDM (Marketing or Real-Estate)
