Job Description We are hiring a Frontline Sales Executive for CP sourcing and lead handling in East Pune, with focus areas including Hadapsar and Solapur Road. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in a builder-side or mandate firm, specifically in handling CP networks, sourcing, and lead calling. The ideal candidate should already have strong relations with at least 40+ established Channel Partners across Pune East and West. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to drive channel partner activation and sourcing across Pune micro-markets while also attending customer site visits on weekends or as scheduled. The role is highly field-driven and requires constant CP engagement, relationship management, and lead follow-up. Responsibilities The executive will be responsible for visiting multiple channel partners daily across Pune West, East, South, and rest of Maharashtra, conducting at least six CP visits per day. They will onboard and activate new CPs through CRM, ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal. Within the first month, the expectation is to onboard at least 100 channel partners. The role also includes pushing for lead generation through CPs, ensuring 8–10 site visits per week are routed via the CP network. Apart from CP outreach, the executive will also be expected to call 15–20 qualified leads per day (inbound as well as CP-referred), schedule site visits, and attend three to six weekend site visits to assist the sales closers. A strong focus on daily logging and tracker discipline is essential, with 100% compliance required for CRM updates. Candidate Profile Candidates must have prior experience working with builders or mandate firms in CP sourcing roles. Strong local market knowledge of both East and West Pune is essential, with constant updating on micro-market launches, pricing, and CP activity through personal networks. The role demands excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to comfortably handle 30–40 CP or buyer interactions daily. Proficiency in Marathi (preferred), Hindi, and English is required. Basic CRM skills and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets are a must. The role requires a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily fieldwork.
