Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure streamlined workflow and adherence to project timelines. The role includes setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the Team Lead Manager will collaborate across departments, handle challenges proactively, and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership, performance monitoring, and people management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain management or relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools or software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
