Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead with a strong background in lending, sales, and collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of field executives, driving loan sales, ensuring timely collections, and managing end-to-end operations in assigned locations.

3 to 5 years of experience in lending operations, with a strong track record in Fintech Industry.
Loaction : Guindy, Tambaram, Ekkaduthangal, and Mogappair locations.
Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
Strong understanding of unsecred business loan products and field operations.
Lead and manage a team of field sales Executives.
Drive daily loan sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
Monitor and support team performance, providing training and guidance where needed.
Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for seamless loan disbursements.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
