Team Lead

In your role at Pine Labs as a Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in the business team, contributing to the mission of enriching the world through digital commerce and financial services. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for signing new potential clients/merchants for Pine Labs. Your performance will be evaluated based on monthly target achievements, leadership development, employee engagement, organization development, and building/managing a high-performing team. Collaborating with internal stakeholders like Onboarding/Ops/Sales Efficiency will be essential to ensure a seamless merchant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the team towards achieving Acquisition & Transaction targets - Develop and implement sales and service efficiency strategies - Manage Field Operations Roll Employees (FOS) by tracking acquisition, attendance, beat plan, and daily targets review - Generate business insights in the specific market - Independently sign large merchant deals - Establish and lead the team to meet active merchant targets by focusing on segmented markets - Ensure effective deployment, training, and development of acquired merchants - Plan, evaluate, and execute monetization avenues - Monitor competitive activities in key accounts and devise response strategies - Stay updated on competition activities and share best practices internally Qualifications Required: - MBA or Graduate degree; Postgraduate education is recommended but not mandatory In your role at Pine Labs, prompt decision-making, taking ownership, driving outcomes, innovating solutions for merchants, seeking continuous learning, and taking pride in your work are highly valued characteristics.
