Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather market feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team leader.

Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for seamless loan disbursements. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
