Job Description

Job Objective:

Lead a telesales team to generate revenue by offering specialised advertising services and ensuring client registrations on 99acres.com. Drive sales performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a telesales team (6-10 members), ensuring consistent performance and target achievement.
Sales Generation:
Oversee the sale of online advertising solutions, aligning with client needs and driving revenue growth.
Lead & Client Management:
Generate new leads via cold calling and referrals; nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Target Achievement:
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Product Expertise:
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of 99acres.coms offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Customer Engagement:
Proactively address client concerns and queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance Monitoring:
Track team performance, provide coaching, and deliver regular feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
