Job Description

What this job involves: Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures with the ability to resolve complex queries or deliverables Drive SLA/OLA implementation and changes in the team to meet service levels Manage escalations from key stakeholders Ensure to have a mechanism to not just measure but effectively display performance metrics Complete participation in Operational Excellence Initiatives and driving it to successful closure Accountable for setting team performance expectations, reinforcing goals, providing coaching and feedback on performance Improve Productivity of team by use of available resources and tools Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Act as a backup for the manager by proactively taking the ownership as and when situation warrants Remain updated on all Client Communications and Changes in the organization and keep the team updated Capacity Analysis and consistently deliver efficiencies Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict Work towards the capacity building to ensure there are contingency plans in place for work Key Skills: Demonstrated good understanding of core HR Service practices, processes (hire to retire) and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in HR System Support Workday Module environment will be preferable Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or another related field 7-9 years of experience in HR Shared or client services role preferred Experience in leading an HR services team of >10 members for at least 2-3 years Sound like you?
