Job Description

Role Overview:

Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive business growth through customer acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
Train, mentor, and motivate the team to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and property dealers for lead generation.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications and maintain compliance with bank policies.
Monitor team performance using sales metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams for end-to-end process completion.
Conduct regular review meetings and track achievement of business objectives.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of Home Loan / Mortgage products and processes.
Ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving targets.
Good negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
