Leadership & Supervision

  • Guide, mentor, and supervise team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure workload is distributed fairly.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and resolve issues.

Performance Management

  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Set clear KPIs, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend training or development plans.

Project & Task Management

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage team tasks to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between management and the team.
  • Communicate company policies, updates, and expectations clearly.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain smooth workflow between departments.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

  • Handle escalations and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Make informed decisions that balance team capacity and business needs.
  • Encourage innovative solutions to improve productivity.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions.
  • Mentor new hires and support career growth of team members.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure team output meets quality standards.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and report progress, risks, and achievements to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,208.72 per month
