Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Kochi. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of logistics coordinators, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, guiding team members, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to solve logistical challenges.

• Experience with Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
