Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

▪ Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the disbursement team within the designated region, aligning activities with the bank's overall goals. Core Responsibilities

▪ Credit Administration / Disbursement: Ensure Credit transaction is carried out in Compliance to sanction terms – as per Internal and RBI policies within agreed SLA and Turn Around Time (TAT). Further, ensuring following pre & post disbursement compliances:

▪ Verification of all loan documentation including security documentation as per approved terms.

▪ Ensures approved credit lines are disbursed/released in compliance with the Bank’s approved overall and specific credit policy.

▪ Custody of all loan and security documents including scanning, safekeeping and control of original documents.

Credit Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the credit portfolio for the region, including risk assessment, portfolio quality, and compliance with lending policies.

▪ Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Business, Auditors, credit officers, and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. People Management or SelfManagement Responsibilities

▪ Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of processors and senior processors ensuring effective teamwork, performance management, and skill development. Mentor and groom talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals. Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section. Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities

• Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols, while implementing strategies to mitigate credit risk and strengthen Internal controls within the region.
