MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. Responsible for guiding a team of developers, data engineers, or IT professionals in the project cycle of digital/tech solutions. This role combines hands-on technical and leadership with people management and project coordination responsibilities. This role is also responsible for planning resources for the prioritized projects & operations for a specific country / business partner.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.

• Conduct regular code reviews, technical evaluations, and performance assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend strategic innovations.

• Manages the resource capacity and utilization and allocation in one country / business

• Support Managers with efforts estimation and mitigation plan for project risks.

• Ensures people development and motivation of the team

• Proactively address issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget.

• Work collaboratively with Partners and Stakeholders during all Project phases and ensure correct maintenance of live Use Cases

• Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, infrastructure and project quality

• Report status, issues and risks to project leads on a regular basis

• Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions Solves complex operational problems.

• Responsible for documenting escalation/feedback/project tracker and maintaining project documentation.

• Deep experience in respective technology delivery, lifecyclemanagement and operations as well as platform and peoplemanagement

• Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic as well as hands-on technical mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.

• Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
