Job Description

What will you do?

  • Team Leadership & Management

    : Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
  • Operational Oversight:

    Develop and monitor daily workflows, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to company policies, and timely task completion, while analyzing key performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    Oversee flawless campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and optimization strategies to enhance performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:

    Evaluate existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Training & Development:

    Identify team training needs, conduct sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Strategic Contribution:

    Support the development of campaign strategies, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and propose innovative initiatives to drive team and business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and contribute insights through presentations or knowledge sharing sessions.


What will you need?

  • B. Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree (Preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role within a BPO/KPO setting (Preferred).
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing, guiding, and leading employees to foster positive communication

and a productive work environment.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound managerial decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
