Job Description

Role Overview: As a Team Leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Campaign Specialists. Your primary focus will be on providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to your team members. Additionally, you will oversee operational workflows, ensure efficient processes, and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements. Your role will involve campaign execution, client relationship management, process improvement, training and development, strategic contribution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. - Develop and monitor daily workflows to ensure efficient processes and timely task completion. - Oversee flawless campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and optimization strategies. - Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction. - Evaluate existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and automation. - Identify team training needs, conduct sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes. - Support the development of campaign strategies, conduct market research, and propose innovative initiatives. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment and contribute insights through presentations or knowledge sharing sessions. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree (Preferred). - Minimum 3+ years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role within a BPO/KPO setting (Preferred). - Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and principles. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficiency in managing, guiding, and leading employees to foster a positive work environment. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound managerial decisions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and highly organized.
