Team Lead - Campaign Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee operational workflows, campaign execution, client relationship management, process improvement, training and development, strategic contribution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Specialists - Develop and monitor daily workflows - Oversee flawless campaign execution and optimization - Act as a point of escalation for client concerns - Evaluate existing workflows and implement process improvements - Identify team training needs and contribute to hiring processes - Support the development of campaign strategies and propose innovative initiatives - Coordinate with other departments for strategic alignment and knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree (Preferred) - Minimum 3+ years of experience in campaign management or email marketing - Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role within a BPO/KPO setting (Preferred) - Strong understanding of operational processes and systems - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proficiency in project management and handling multiple projects - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team Additional Details: The company offers Insurance Benefits, a Holistic Wellness Program, Global Footprint, and Cab Facility to its employees.,
