Job Description

Team Lead, Campaign Management


What you will do :


  • Lead and manage a team

    of campaign specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality campaign execution and professional growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns

    , with a primary focus on email marketing, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications and best practices.
  • Develop and implement operational processes

    and workflows to optimize campaign efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Monitor campaign performance

    and team productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Client Services, Creative, Technical teams) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex campaign-related issues

    , demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ensure compliance

    with industry regulations, data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement

    of campaign management strategies, tools, and technologies.

    on team performance, campaign metrics, and operational insights to management.


Must-Have Skills:


  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience

    in campaign management, digital marketing operations, or email marketing execution.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and principles

    related to campaign execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

    , with a demonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills

    (written and verbal) for effective internal and external collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    to identify issues, propose solutions, and make sound managerial decisions.

    with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently

    and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

    as required to support global operations.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (B. Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree preferred).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, Braze, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
