About the Role

Team Lead

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the POD

• Manage a cross-functional team of 8-10 (strategists, designers, writers, motion designers).
• Own internal planning, timelines, and accountability.
• Allocate resources based on project priorities and POD bandwidth.

2. Ensure Delivery Excellence

• Maintain visibility across all ongoing projects, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Support Solution Strategists in translating client briefs into actionable plans.
• Review outputs for completeness, brand alignment and creative consistency.

3. Drive Internal Communication & Efficiency

• Run weekly sprint meetings and workflow check-ins.
• Ensure clear handoffs between creative & strategy functions.
• Identify and solve bottlenecks early, before they become problems.

4. Build Culture & Capability

• Foster collaboration and learning within the POD.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure professional growth.
• Champion Bubble Network’s culture of innovation, speed and clarity.

Who You Are

• 4–6 years of experience in 

  marketing agencies

  , creative teams or digital consulting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, you can manage multiple moving parts without dropping quality.
• Deep understanding of marketing workflows, from strategy to content to tech.
• A calm problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, multi-project environments.
• Bonus: Experience leading cross-functional creative pods or integrated teams.
