Job Description

Strategize and execute
BTL campaigns
, including product sampling, retail activations, community engagement drives, and partnerships
Lead and manage a team of
field executives and promoters
, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to brand guidelines
Identify high-impact locations and events for
hyperlocal marketing initiatives
Liaise with
sales, brand, and operations teams
to ensure marketing and business alignment
Track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and gather
consumer insights
to refine strategies
Manage vendors, event logistics, and on-ground execution within defined budgets and timelines
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards at all activations
Knowledge of Pune geography and consumer behavior is an added advantage
Drive daily/weekly/monthly targets for new subscriptions, recharges, and customer activations

Must-Have Experience:

3 5 years of hands-on experience in
BTL/Field Marketing
, preferably in
FMCG/D2C/Retail
sectors
Strong understanding of consumer engagement, brand activation, and on-ground operations
Experience in
managing teams
and coordinating with third-party vendors
Proficient in campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting
Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and solving real-time challenges
