Treasury department profoundly influences both deposit taking and loan sanctioning functions of the bank. Apart from ALM function, Treasury Department also undertakes Foreign exchange dealing, Forex and Rupee Derivatives transactions and Investment in SLR (Govt Securities) and Non SLR Securities (Corporate Bonds/CP-CD/Equity).AbouttheRoleTreasury & Markets:TTG CARO activitiesis a critical arm of Treasury Department. It facilitates the smooth functioning of Treasury Department by undertaking timely review/ formulation of policies, streamlining/automation of processes, Implementation of systems, liaisoning with internal/external Auditors, Robust governance and risk management framework, Strategy & financial Planning etcKey ResponsibilitiesDriving Key Technology projects and ensuring implementation within the timeframeAssessing Technological needs of the Treasury Dept and participating in implementation of the sameWork with the business to optimize business performance and planningEnsure timely and accurate business/financial reports and plans to managementNegotiating ISDA/CSA agreement with Internal and External StakeholdersSeeking approval from CMC/PMC forum for new products and System ImplementationAssessing the impact of Regulatory changes and making the necessary enablementsQualificationsCA/MBA from premier institutes/ FRM/CFA (USA) would be preferredRole ProficienciesKeen interest in the financial markets and financial productsDedicated Self Starter who loves sharing knowledge with othersWell versed with the regulatory framework applicable to Treasury DeptGood Communication and interpersonal skillsGood Analytical skillsProficient in Word/Excel/PPT#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
