Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Take clear briefs from clients, translate them into sharp internal briefs, and ensure creative and strategy teams are aligned.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, content, films, activations, etc.) across multiple brands.
  • Proactively identify issues early and drive solution options instead of escalating problems without recommendations.
  • Facilitate honest, respectful conversations between clients and internal teams, even under pressure or when there is conflict.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, creative, strategy, and production partners, treating people as collaborators, not just resources.
  • Track timelines, budgets, and quality of output; proactively flag risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, design, production, and media partners to deliver integrated solutions that address business problems.
  • Prepare and lead client presentations strategy reviews, campaign pitches, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyse campaign performance with media/analytics partners and convert results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives / managers on ways of working, problem-solving, and client management.

What you must bring

  • 5-8 years of experience in an advertising / creative / digital agency in client servicing or account management.
  • Proven experience independently managing key brands and multi-stakeholder client relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving attitude: you come with options and recommendations, not just a list of challenges.
  • Strong belief that human relationships matter; you value people, listen well, and handle different personalities with maturity and respect.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing: TV/film, print, digital, social, activations, and content.
  • Ability to write clear briefs, structure decks, and present confidently to senior clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English); regional language skills are a plus.
  • Solid project management skills juggling multiple brands, deadlines, and teams without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort with numbers: budgets, estimates, and basic campaign performance metrics.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; comfortable with a office-first working model.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on FMCG, BFSI, fintech, mobility, or tech brands.
  • Exposure to digital-first and performance-driven campaigns alongside brand-building work.
  • Experience in new business pitches and proposal writing.
