Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager for managing and growing our brand presence on various social media platforms. Candidature would be ideal who is passionate about social media trends, creation of content, and audience building. This is a suitable role for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are willing to learn and grow in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos, into social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, among others.
• Execute day-to-day social media activities; this includes posting, monitoring comments, and responding to messages.
• Assist in the development of monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor social media performance through insight and analytics tools.
• Support paid social media campaigns and promotions
• Stay ahead of the latest happening in social media movements, tools, and practices.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
• Ensure that brand voice and consistency are maintained across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience working with tools like Meta for Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar preferred
• Basic analytics and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications ( Nice to Have)

• Skills of basic graphic design or video editing
• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and influencer marketing
• SEO and digital marketing principles are understood.
