Role Overview (with GTM Attitude)

Direct Sales Executive at VolkAI HR

You will play a frontline role in creating market awareness, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and business owners. You will analyze customer problems, map them to our AI solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

A strong GTM mindset is essentialyou will continuously track market trends, gather competitive intelligence, experiment with outreach strategies, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our positioning. You are expected to think like an owner, drive aggressive sales targets, and help VolkAI HR establish a dominant position in the HR tech space

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct impactful product demos showcasing how AI simplifies and accelerates hiring.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting pitch demo negotiation closure.
  • Build deep relationships with HR stakeholders, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Execute GTM strategies by targeting high-potential industries and segments.
  • Analyze customer pain points and map them to VolkAI HRs AI hiring solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking in the CRM.
  • Provide structured market insights, competitor feedback, and customer needs to improve product positioning.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine GTM campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Direct Sales / B2B Sales (SaaS or HR tech preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand product features and translate them into clear business value.
  • High ownership, hustler attitude, and GTM-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles is a plus.
