Requirements:

Full time office role based in Gurugram.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in support functions, including at least 3 - 4 years of people management experience in Email or Ticket team.
Highly proactive in identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and taking quick action.
Strong track record of leading engaged and high performing teams and using metrics to drive decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong self motivation, accountability, and curiosity.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to support data driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
Prior experience in the education or coaching industry is a plus.
