Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the Aerospace and Defence industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a TEAL- Buyer. As a TEAL- Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics process for our company's Tactical Electronics and Avionics Line (TEAL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for TEAL
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
• Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions based on demand and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and products
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the efficiency of the procurement process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Aerospace and Defence industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
