About the Program -

The TEACHWISE Program 2025–2026 is a flagship initiative by the Greater Good Foundation, aimed at empowering teachers from underserved communities through structured, context-sensitive, and role-specific professional development. With a focus on soft skills, inclusive pedagogy, AI integration, and NEP-aligned classroom practices, the program seeks to create resilient, well-equipped educators.

Position Summary -

We are looking to onboard dynamic, empathetic, and well-organized Trainers to facilitate soft skills and pedagogical training sessions under the TEACHWISE Program. Trainers will play a critical role in conducting interactive workshops, mentoring teachers, and ensuring practical application of concepts in real classroom contexts.

Key Responsibilities -

Facilitate 2-hour training sessions (in-person) across assigned partner schools on weekends

Deliver modules on positive behavioral support, classroom management, communication skills, emotional intelligence, AI in teaching, etc.

Support teachers with ongoing mentoring, feedback, and reflective practice.

Customize content and learning methods to suit diverse learner profiles and local classroom realities.

Collaborate with the Foundation team on session planning, attendance tracking, and monitoring.

Participate in field visits, classroom observations, and feedback cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements -

Educational Background -

Graduate/Postgraduate in Education / Psychology / Social Work / Child Development / B.Ed or related disciplines.

Experience -

3-4 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, facilitation, or educational program implementation.

Exposure to working in low-income / government / affordable private schools is a strong advantage.

Note - Only candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.

Skills -

Strong command over spoken Hindi and English

Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices, foundational literacy, and classroom engagement strategies.

Comfort with basic digital tools (Google Slides, Zoom, Canva, etc.)

Passion for social impact and grassroots education.

Duration & Commitment -

August 2025 – March 2026

(Part-time | Based on session allotment | Weekly and monthly engagements)

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a final interaction round with the program team.
