Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Owner role based in New Delhi. The Owner will oversee the end-to-end management of assigned products or solutions, working cross-functionally to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, market research, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-value outcomes. The Owner will monitor performance metrics, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure timely execution of initiatives to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Product Management Skills: Experience with product roadmaps, lifecycle management, and delivering solutions to market.
• Market Research and Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in conducting market analysis and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology solutions, platforms, and processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in industries related to finance, sustainability solutions, or commodity markets is a plus.
