Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at our campus in Kottayam. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering instructional material, and fostering student engagement. The role involves guiding students in their academic and personal growth, assessing their progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies. The role emphasizes a hands-on and student-centered approach to education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, with the ability to design engaging and effective instructional content.
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills to deliver lessons clearly and foster a positive learning environment.
• Experience in Training and mentoring students to support their academic and personal growth.
• Passion for student development and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Relevant teaching certifications and qualifications; a degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in incorporating innovative teaching methods, such as STEAM or AI-based approaches, is an advantage.
• Commitment to fostering a values-driven and inclusive learning environment.
