TBM- CVRM Professional

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented professional to drive the sales and market presence of our pharmaceutical products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing prescribing behaviors, achieving sales targets, and building strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused approach to maximize territory performance and contribute to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the assigned sales strategies and action plans in line with company guidelines to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance within the assigned territory and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support the listing and promotion of newly launched and key products in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Participate in promotional activities and programs to increase product visibility and awareness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call logs, and territory databases.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals by demonstrating integrity, product knowledge, and professionalism, adhering to the AZ Code of Conduct.
• Take ownership of personal development by identifying learning needs and collaborating with the First Line Sales Manager (FLSM) to address them.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• A genuine passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Effective planning and organizational abilities.
• In-depth understanding of scientific and medical concepts.
• Capability to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
