Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and review

  Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, Income Tax Returns, and statutory forms

  based on applicable provisions.
• Conduct

  legal research

  and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before

  Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT

  .
• Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.
• Provide consultancy on

  TDS applicability

  and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
• Advise on

  employee tax structures

  and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
• Coordinate with

  overseas consultants

  to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
• Ensure compliance with all

  statutory regulations

  while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years

  of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
• Proficient in

  Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  , and familiarity with

  SAP

  .
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and drafting abilities.

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
