We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our team in India. The successful candidate will provide expert tax advice and services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws while identifying opportunities for tax savings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely tax advice.
• Assist clients in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Maintain knowledge of current tax legislation and best practices to ensure clients receive the best service.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support tax positions taken by clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial situations and provide personalized tax solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in tax consulting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex tax issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent are preferred.
