Tamil Nadu State Coordinator (Consultant)

• Support the establishment and operations of the Mobile Worker Resource Center(s).

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project effectiveness.

• Prepare regular evaluation reports, project update reports, briefing materials and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular field visits to oversee service delivery and gather feedback.

• Coordinate logistics for field activities, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.

• Address any operational issues that arise in the field promptly.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and partners.

• Assist in planning and executing projects related to service delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

• Strengthen and diversify the outreach and impact of the project in the targeted areas, using local experience and knowledge.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track key metrics and performance indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

• Master’s degree in the field of Social Sciences, Law, Sustainability or a related field from an accredited academic institution with THREE years of relevant professional experience; or

• Completed University degree from an institution, with SIX years of relevant professional experience.

Experience:

• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation.

• Solid understanding of management principles.

• Experience in assessing monitoring improvement plan status and progress from labour and human rights assessments.

• Experience in drafting regular status and progress report.

• Experience working with Government counterparts, UN agencies and/or non-governmental organizations is considered an asset.
