Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support data operations using MS Office and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial entries, reconciliation, and reporting, along with the ability to organize and analyze data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Prime Handle sales, purchase, journal, and payment entries Generate and manage Excel reports, pivot tables, and charts Collaborate using Google Sheets for shared data tracking and reporting Assist in inventory management and vendor reconciliation Support the finance team with monthly closing activities Requirements: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Prime Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Google Sheets and cloud-based collaboration Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
