We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that on-site execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of work. Oversee installation of furniture and interior fittings according to design plans. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Liaise with project managers, designers, and vendors to resolve site-related issues. Conduct regular inspections and provide updates on site status. Manage laborers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure efficiency. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion within budget. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within interior design or furniture manufacturing. Strong knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret design layouts, blueprints, and technical drawings. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
