Job Title: Tally AccountantKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Record journal entries, purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Handle TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with government regulations. Financial Management Prepare profit & loss accounts, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for collections. Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Inventory & Payroll (if applicable) Manage stock records and generate inventory reports. Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement in Tally. Reporting & Coordination Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management. Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments. Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making. Skills & RequirementsStrong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws. Good analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
