Job Description -
At TheBoredMonkey, our major focus is on the South market ( Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) , and we follow a creator-led approach. We are not category-specific; instead, we collaborate with creators who stand out in their niche—those who deliver unique, impactful, and creative content that truly makes a difference.
Your core goals are to onboard, manage and retain quality talents (social media influencers, creators). You will be the face of the company to talent and we want each talent you work with to have an amazing experience.
You will build solid, trustworthy relationships with the talent you manage and help them grow their overall business and overall creator profile.
You will assist the talent to create awesome content for brands as well as for their non-branded content.

Responsibilities -
1. Proactively identify emerging talent, onboard creators, and ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process to bring them into TheBoredMonkey ecosystem.
2. Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with creators to foster trust, mutual growth, and retention. Act as their primary point of contact for all coordination and support.
3. Develop tailored growth strategies to help creators scale their content, audience reach, and engagement while ensuring alignment with their goals.
4. Identify relevant brand opportunities for creators, pitch ideas effectively, and secure collaborations that deliver maximum value for both the creators and the brands.
5. Building a personal rapport with the creators to understand their personality & culture of working.
6. Manage all aspects of negotiation, from pricing and deliverables to timelines and contracts, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of campaigns.
7. Implement strategies to retain creators by adding consistent value, ensuring their needs are met, and continuously offering growth opportunities to keep them engaged.
8. Build streamlined processes, define standard operating procedures, and establish clear workflows to ensure the smooth functioning of the Talent Management team.
9. Oversee a team of interns or junior professionals, provide training and mentorship, set clear objectives, and ensure efficient team performance.
10. Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze key data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements-
1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in talent/influencers management.
2. Strong communication skills to handle talents/influencers.
3. Managerial skills in representation and managing an influencer and their digital work.
4. Demonstrated ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions.
5. Should have excellent time management and planning skills & have the ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines.
6. A good network and strong understanding of creator growth & personal branding.
