Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and ability to source high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
