Talent Sourcing Partner

• Graduate (any stream) preferably in human resources or related field
• Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills and active listening.
• 1 2 years of work experience in human resources.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (Social platforms & professional networks).
• Building pipeline of talent pool to fill future openings.
• Focus on leveraging all available mediums to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Need to manage campus & walk-in drives.
• Create and maintain database of the candidates in the hiring pipeline.
• Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System
