Talent Search Executive
Role Summary:
Talent Search Executive will play a key role in ensuring that the organization is adequately staffed. This position involves sourcing candidates for all open positions and close hiring requirements within stipulated time.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment
o Maintain list of open resource requests and associated details
o Source CVs from multiple channels
o Create and maintain a panel of recruitment consultants
o Ensure subscriptions to online hiring portals are kept renewed
o Conduct first level interviews
o Schedule technical and final interviews
o Maintain evaluation remarks given by interviewers
o Negotiate and agree on compensation
o Issue offer letters o Remain in touch with candidates till the time they join
o Maintain a database of CVs for future use, specially to reduce the impact of attrition.
• Onboarding
o Collect all documents required at time of joining
o Prepare and issue Appointment letter and get it countersigned by employee
o Get employees signatures on NDA, Service Contract as applicable
o Prepare Orientation Programme for the new joinee and ensure completion of orientation o Initiate background check
Required Skills:
• Understanding of labor laws, minimum wages and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in using job portals to source CVs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to keep all transactions (internal or external) confidential and divulge such information on “need to know” basis only.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
Preferred academic qualifications: Graduate/MBA
