Talent Scout Intern

You will be responsible for supporting the hiring cycle, managing onboarding processes, monitoring intern timelines and performance reviews, maintaining attendance logs, contributing to a positive work environment, planning engagement activities, organizing HR documentation, and assisting founders with feedback and conflict resolutions. - Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers - Handle documentation, guide new hires through policies, and prepare welcome kits for onboarding - Monitor intern timelines, performance reviews, and stipend reports - Maintain attendance logs, highlight irregularities, and promote workplace discipline - Contribute to building a warm, positive, and professional work environment - Plan small-scale engagement activities such as festivals, birthdays, and team moments - Keep HR SOPs, trackers, and documentation organized and updated - Assist founders with feedback loops, performance discussions, and conflict resolutions - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Organized, proactive, and people-oriented - Keen on creative workspaces and marketing-driven cultures - Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and collaboration tools - Based in Mumbai and open to a hybrid role at the Andheri West office,
