Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent, managing relationships with influencers, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and maintaining up-to-date records of contracts and agreements. The role also includes overseeing talent development, handling negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, and Relationship Management
• Experience in Social Media Management and Campaign Coordination
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
