Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent, managing relationships with influencers, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and maintaining up-to-date records of contracts and agreements. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth compliance. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations. Ensure all invoices, bills, and receipts are properly documented. 2.Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements. Track client invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain ageing reports. Reconcile accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy. 3.Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). 4.Payroll & Expense Management Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries. Verify employee reimbursements and maintain expense reports. 5.Budgeting & Cash Flow Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring cash flows. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Strategist to lead our brand storytelling and social presence. You will own content strategy, platform-specific planning, community engagement, performance analysis and work closely with creative, production, influencer and account teams to amplify our clients’ (and our own) voice. You’ll be the key person ensuring our content is not only visually and narratively strong but also aligned with business goals, social trends, platform best practices, and measurable results.
