Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent, managing relationships with influencers, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and maintaining up-to-date records of contracts and agreements. The role also includes overseeing talent development, handling negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth compliance. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations. Ensure all invoices, bills, and receipts are properly documented. 2.Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements. Track client invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain ageing reports. Reconcile accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy. 3.Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). 4.Payroll & Expense Management Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries. Verify employee reimbursements and maintain expense reports. 5.Budgeting & Cash Flow Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring cash flows. Provide financial insights for cost control and efficiency. 6.Internal Controls & Coordination Ensure proper internal financial controls and documentation. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks when required. Work closely with the operations and production teams to streamline financial processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (2–4 years) as an Accountant, preferably in a media/production/agency setup. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
