Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager, located in Gurugram. The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers and brands, designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and coordinating with influencers for various campaigns. Daily tasks include scouting and onboarding new talent, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and tracking performance metrics. The Talent Manager will also liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
