TALENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:Talent Representation: Act as the main liaison for assigned talent, providing career guidance and day-to-day management. Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, media appearances, speaking engagements, and other income-generating avenues. Career Development: Strategically plan and execute short- and long-term career goals tailored to each client's vision. Work closely with talent to develop personal brand positioning, content strategies, and growth plans. Negotiation & Deal Management: Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and partnerships on behalf of clients. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and performance deliverables. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals including casting agents, publicists, production companies, and brand partners. Network regularly to stay ahead of industry trends and secure new opportunities. Administrative Oversight: Maintain up-to-date records, calendars, and schedules for clients. Coordinate travel, appearances, and event participation when needed.
