We are looking for a Talent Manager to discover, onboard, and manage digital creators

The ideal candidate should be relationship-driven, strategic, and deeply in tune with the creator economy

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard digital creators, primarily from platforms like YouTube and Instagram

Build strong, ongoing relationships with creators

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators

Guide creators with content planning, growth strategies, and personal branding

Assist creators in managing timelines, deliverables, and consistency

Monitor creator performance and provide regular insights and support

Align creator activities with internal goals and brand positioning

Stay up to date with trends in influencer culture and digital content

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing

Proven ability to work with creators and understand their needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of internet culture, digital trends, and content formats

Organized and capable of handling multiple creator relationships at once

Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in an influencer agency or creator-focused company is a plus
