Role Description

As a TM Partner, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by:

Driving employee engagement activities & feedback sessions

Designing and implementing retention strategies (stay/exit interviews)

Handling employee grievances with timely and empathetic resolutions

Coordinating rewards & recognition programs

Supporting HR policy implementation & training initiatives

Partnering on regional HR projects like talent reviews & succession planning

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in talent management within the financial or NBFC industry is advantageous
