Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. You will help keep HR processes smooth and support the team in daily HR activities

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
70% Recruitment & 30% Administration and operations.
job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Assist with payroll processing and HR compliance
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Prepare HR reports and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent HR-related field
Female candidates only
Freshers with Dynamic personalities or years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
