Talent Delivery Lead – US Staffing
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Delivery Lead to join our US staffing team at Nexhireplus – a new division of Bharti Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd., an established IT company. This role will lead, oversee, and actively participate in recruitment processes across multiple domains including healthcare, IT, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both contract and permanent placements, with proven ability to contribute to revenue generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse client needs across multiple industries.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment processes for both contract and permanent roles.
  • Drive revenue generation by achieving set targets and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with MSPs and direct clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant US employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive practices within staffing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in staffing for healthcare, IT, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with both contract and permanent placements.
  • Strong understanding of MSP models and experience working within MSP environments.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of direct client handling.
  • Strong understanding of US labor laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
