About the Opportunity

We re looking for HR professionals who are equal parts empathetic listener, structured thinker, and growth partner ready to co-create a people-first environment across tech, product, design, and delivery.

What We re Looking For

Strong foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
Experience with scaling HR practices in fast-paced, growing organizations
Ability to partner closely with department heads for hiring, onboarding, reviews, and retention
Understanding of HR compliance, HRMS tools, and data-driven people operations
Clarity in communication, empathy in conflict, and initiative in ambiguity

Bonus Points

Experience running HR programs across tech/startup environments
Proven work in org design, career progression mapping, and leadership coaching
Capability to evolve HR from operational to strategic across the org
